DAY ONE CLEANSE

Morning: Rise and Cleanse

Drink: Cleansing Elixir (2 oz Cleansing Tonic + 10 oz water) 

Eat: Green Goddess Smoothie

Journal: Set your intentions for the Cleanse and for your day. Why did you choose to do the 2-Day Cleanse? How do you feel now? How do you hope to feel when you have completed the Cleanse? 

This morning, try giving up that last cup of coffee or caffeinated tea! Caffeine affects everyone differently, but it could be contributing to feeling sluggish in the afternoon. And being tired often leads to poor health choices - like picking up a sugary snack instead of protein-packed handful of nuts.

Water Break: Time to Drink Up!  
4 additional glasses of water throughout the day will help you stay happy and hydrated! 

Early Afternoon: Out to Lunch

Drink: Cleansing Elixir (2 oz Cleansing Tonic + 10 oz water) 

Eat: Baby Kale Avocado and Red Quinoa Salad with Miso-Basil Dressing

Journal: Long-term goals! Think about any big goals that may be swirling around in your head and put pen to paper. Write down 2 - 3 concrete, actionable steps to get you there.

Take the time to enjoy your lunch, rather than eating at your desk or on the go! Clear away all distractions and savor this time to be present with your senses - taste, smell, sight, touch and hearing. You’ll go back to whatever you were doing feeling refreshed.

Mid-Afternoon: Dump the Slump

Drink: Cleansing Elixir (2 oz Cleansing Tonic + 10 oz water) 

Eat: Carrot Tahini Dip

Journal: Think about something you feel gratitude for - what is it and how does it inspire you in your daily life? It can be as little or as grandiose as you like. 

Pair this snack with a little break for yourself - even if that means a scroll through your phone - 5-minute limit! Or do something that you have been putting off that you know will bring you joy, like emailing a friend or reading an article on your favorite subject.

 Evening: Another Day, Another Journey

Drink: Cleansing Elixir (2 oz Cleansing Tonic + 10 oz water)

Eat: Lentil and Red Kuri Chili

Journal: Reflect on your day and how you are feeling. Do you feel more energized? What were the challenges today? What were the successes?

Make sure you get a good night’s sleep tonight - at least 8 hours - so that your body is ready for Day Two tomorrow. Try incorporating a new nighttime ritual into your routine, like stretching or breathing exercises, to help you relax before bed. And make sure you don’t bring your phone to bed with you! 

DAY TWO CLEANSE

Morning: Early Bird Gets the Burn

Drink: Cleansing Elixir (2 oz Cleansing Tonic + 10 oz water) 

Eat: Banana Almond Kefir Smoothie

Journal: How did you feel waking up today? Write about something good that happened yesterday. Whether it was keeping up with your Cleansing Routine, an accomplishment at work or a conversation with someone special - celebrate it!

Today’s the last day of your reset…make it count! Be sure to stay present today and fill the day with intention and attention. Listen to your body and try to go through your day with a clear mind.

Early Afternoon: Burning the Midday Oil

Drink: Cleansing Elixir (2 oz Cleansing Tonic + 10 oz water) 

Eat: Beans and Greens Soup

Journal: Describe how you feel differently today than you did yesterday. Or differently than the day before. Do you notice any difference in your appearance or your mood? 

Get outside. Go for a walk. Move your body and feel those superfoods kicking in! 

Water Break: Time to Drink Up!  
4 additional glasses of water throughout the day will help you stay happy and hydrated! 

Mid-Afternoon: Afternoon Be-Light

Drink: Cleansing Elixir (2 oz Cleansing Tonic + 10 oz water)  

Eat: Roasted Pecans with Rosemary and Sea Salt 

Journal: Have you been logging all your water? Review your water intake to make sure you’ve had at least 8 glasses each day.

Tune in! Set the mood for the rest of your afternoon with a favorite song or two. Extra points if you start your own dance party.

Evening: Reset. Revitalized. Renewed.

Drink: Cleansing Elixir (2 oz Cleansing Tonic + 10 oz water) 

Eat: Black Rice with Tempeh, Broccoli and Kale

Journal: How do you feel?! What did you like least about the experience? What did you like best? What practices have you incorporated during the Cleanse that you would like to continue? What physical feelings do you want to continue to carry with you? What have you learned about yourself and your body?
