By the end of the summer, we're usually starting to grow weary of the standard burgers and grilled chicken, and we're always looking for new sauces, marinades, or seasonings to spice things up. This week, Canyon Ranch's demo chef, Chef Shawn, has brought us a savory Fire Cider teriyaki sauce. Give it a try, and let us know what you think!
- 1/4 cup of low-sodium tamari sauce
- 2 tbsp of Fire Cider
- 3/4 cup of apple juice concentrate
- 1 tbsp of ginger juice
- 1 tbsp of chopped fresh garlic
- Combine all ingredients.
- Use on chicken, fish, vegetables, or anything you'd like!
