One of the things that a lot of us struggle with is getting enough vegetables, but finding delicious and creative ways to incorporate them into meals makes them a no-brainer! This week, Canyon Ranch's Chef Shawn brings us a delicious sauce to toss into your stir-fried veggies, and we couldn't be more obsessed with it.
- 1/4 cup of low-sodium tamari sauce
- 1/4 cup of Fire Cider
- 2 tbsp of minced garlic
- 2 tbsp of ginger juice
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- Combine all ingredients & mix well.
- Add onto cooked vegetables, meat, or any stir-fry mix.
