Sometimes the difference between having a good day and having a great day is breakfast. All too often we’re either too busy or too uninspired to take the time and nourish our bodies before getting to work - and that can have disastrous effects on our performance, whatever we’re doing!
That’s where smoothies come in. These creamy, nutrient-rich and portable powerhouses can do wonders for our physical and mental well-being. Smoothies are nothing new, but as the school year gets underway and our schedules get even busier, it’s worth a reminder that we’re all just a 1-2-1 away from an awesome day! That's one cup of a liquid base, two cups of fruit and/or veggies, and one cup (or a loose handful) of greens in your blender. Splash in 1-2 tablespoons of Fire Cider before you blend and you’re good to go! New to the smoothie party? Hold on to our handy 1-2-1 guide, and remember to have fun while letting your taste buds and the seasonal produce at your market guide the way!
