This summer seems to have flown by quicker than ever before, but we're already circling the drain for back-to-school time! While many parts of the country are looking at a much different back-to-school landscape this year, it still means going back to a busy pace of life.
Between figuring out what the next season of life during this pandemic looks like, and actually getting comfortable with living that life, a lot can get lost in the transition, and it's easy to let your own routines fall off your radar.
When you're juggling different schedules and responsibilities, your stress can weaken your immune system, making you more susceptible to sickness. We could tell you to keep your stress levels low, but we recognize that it isn't a realistic suggestion!
Keeping your wellness in check has never been more important, so we recommend keeping up with your daily wellness routine. Along with our morning shots of Fire Cider, we always try to get at least 30 minutes of activity, preferably outside (Vitamin D is not only good for the soul, it's also good for your body!), and eat healthy.
