Spicy Fire Cider Paloma

The Paloma is a classic cocktail created in Mexico that has remained unchanged for decades. But we're mixing it up! Our Spicy Fire Cider Paloma packs quite the flavorful punch! This cocktail comes together easily with Tequila Blanco, lime juice, sliced jalapenos and African Bronze Honey Fire Cider, all topped off with grapefruit soda. 

The combination of grapefruit soda with fresh lime juice and tequila is an excellent complement to the citrus, roots, and fruits in our spicy ACV tonic, making this refreshing cocktail for folks looking to bring the heat to their brunch game. 

Spicy Fire Cider Paloma

Makes one cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 oz. Tequila Blanco
  • 1 tbsp Wildflower Honey Fire Cider  
  • Grapefruit soda to top

Garnish

  • Grapefruit wedge
  • Sliced jalapenos
  • Lime slices

Method:

  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Add ingredients and stir. 
  3. Top off with grapefruit soda, 
  4. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and lime slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Have fun with garnishes on this one! Dip your grapefruit wedge in chili powder or add a salt rim. Garnish with pickled jalapenos or habaneros for some additional heat, but make sure to remove the seeds if you want it less spicy!
