We often hear the question, "When's the best time to take Fire Cider?". The short & simple answer is whenever works best for you! But if you want more guidance than that, we're here for you.
Many of our customers, along with most of us here around the office, will take Fire Cider in the morning for a little wake-me-up. We have no evidence to support that taking it on an empty stomach versus with food makes any difference in the effectiveness. Feel free to try it both ways and decide what's best for you!
If you're taking it in the morning, you're welcome to take it as a straight shot (#FeelTheTonicBoom), or mix it into water, tea, or juice. The main goal is to find a routine that's easy to stick with and makes you look forward to your daily tonic.
