HOW DO I GET ON YOUR MAILING LIST?

If you live in the U.S., please use our Store Locator to find a retailer near you. Residence outside the US can also purchase Fire Cider through our Amazon Store.

I AM A WHOLESALE CUSTOMER. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

If you are already a customer with a portal account just click "Wholesale Login" at the top of this page. I GOT A DISCOUNT CODE, AWESOME! WHERE DO I ADD IT TO MY ORDER?

Once you've added items to your cart and proceed to check out you'll get to the "Customer Information" page. There you will see a "Gift Card or discount code" text box on the right-hand side of the screen. Enter your code here and click "Apply". If ordering on a mobile device click "Show order summary" at the top of the customer information page and the "Gift card or discount code" text box will appear.

CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?

Yes. At the bottom of your shopping cart screen, there is a box titled “Special instructions for seller”. If you would like to have your order sent as a gift, please include “This is a gift” in that box, along with any personalized message you would like sent to the recipient. Then be sure to enter the correct shipping address for your gift recipient! We will ship the order with a special packing slip that includes your message and omits all prices for the items sent.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Once you've moved to Check Out you'll be able to choose from multiple rates for shipping orders anywhere in the Contiguous US. Optional rates for orders that need to be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be shown at your checkout.

SHIPPING IS FREE IF I SPEND $55.00?!

Any order shipped to a location within the contiguous 48 US states, not including Hawaii or Alaska, qualifies for Free Standard Shipping when you spend $55.00 or more before shipping costs have been added to your order. Please note that Gift Cards will not count towards your total to unlock Free Shipping!

CAN YOU SHIP TO APO ADDRESSES?

At this time, we can't ship to APO addresses.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our warehouse is committed to shipping orders within 2 business days when the orders are received by 2 pm ET M-F. Orders received after 2 pm EST on Friday will be processed for shipment by the end of day the following Tuesday.

Processed orders are picked up from our warehouse at the end of each business day. Orders do not ship on weekends, FedEx observed holidays or occasionally, when the warehouse is impacted by severe weather

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?

Delivery times will vary depending on your chosen method of shipment, and when you place your order. Delivery times are calculated starting at the end of our business day, 2 pm ET M-F, and do not include weekends or holidays.

DO YOU OFFER USPS SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We do not offer USPS as a shipping option at this time.

WHY HASN’T MY ORDER SHIPPED?

There are a few reasons why your order may not have shipped. It may be on hold, due to an item in your order being unexpectedly out of stock, or due to an address discrepancy. In these cases our Customer Service Dept. will contact you to resolve the issue. If you placed your order after 2 PM, M-F, your order will be shipped within the next 2 business days.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. When your order is processed, we email you a link to our tracking page for your package. Visit this page at any time to follow the delivery of your package.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We do! We have FedEx 2Day, Express Saver and Priority Overnight options.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

THE WRONG ITEM(S) WERE IN MY PACKAGE!

Well, that's no fun! Occasionally an order may arrive with an incorrect item, but if it does please reach out to our Customer Service Department, customerservice@firecider.com within 72 hours of receiving your package, so we can arrange a replacement for you.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your order is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@firecider.com within 72 hours of receiving your package, so that we may replace your item(s).
